If you need to add this company page to your FreeAgent Addon, click on 'Go to Company Page,' this will take you to the LISN page of the prospect's company. If the company associated with the prospect's profile has not been added to FreeAgent you will see 'No account found for company.' The process to go to the company page and add the company page is the same, simply click on 'Go to Company Page.' You will notice a 'Go to Company Page' button in the Addon window. Prospects you find during a session can then 'land in' the corresponding account when you export them to FreeAgent CRM. The FreeAgent Addon can automatically generate a new Account within FreeAgent by company. This is an important first step in your prospecting process. You can access this and all other profiles you have queued during your session by clicking 'Queued Profiles' in the lower right-hand corner of your addon window. This will save your Contact info for this profile in the queue.

Once the fields are set to your satisfaction, click 'Queue' in the Addon window. From here you can view and modify any of the fields, whether they auto-populate or not. You're now ready to start prospecting! As you navigate through LISN, whenever you encounter a profile you'd like to add as a Contact or even update an existing Contact, simply click on the FreeAgent Addon icon to open the window. This window will show fields of the current profile you are viewing including name, contact and company info pulled directly from LISN (when available per prospect). Once your Addon is ready you will now see an embedded window. It may take a few moments to load your Addon. This should read "Successfully paired with FreeAgent!" You will notice where the FreeAgent add-on icon will now be a window. Once you have agreed this tab will close and bring you back to LISN. This will bring up a dialogue to allow LISN permissions to create, read and update App records. Click on this icon then click 'Pair with FreeAgent.' (Also make sure you are logged into FreeAgent.) You will now see a FreeAgent icon on the right-hand side of your LISN homepage. Once you've successfully performed the above process, log in to LISN. Navigate to the directory where you unpacked the zip file and select it! Pair with FreeAgent 'Developer Mode' will bring up the 'Load Unpacked' option, click thisĦ. In the upper right-hand corner enable 'Developer Mode'.ĥ. In a Google Chrome tab copy and paste chrome://extensions into the address and hit enter.Ĥ. Download the LISN Chrome Addon zip file, available at the bottom of this article.ģ. To find them, go to the "Form Fields" tab and click on the "Show Deactivated" checkbox.ġ. If you don't see the two LinkedIn fields listed above they may be deactivated.
